Quilters Dream Batting Wool

  • Delightful blend of fine Merino and domestic wool, approx 1/3" loft.
  • Quilters Dream wool batting is scoured and superwashed for superior cleanliness and to prevent shrinkage and felting
  • Light, luxurious and wonderfully warm with a lovely soft thermal bonded loft of more than 1/3" that beautifully accentuates your quilting.  
  • Excellent for Faux trapunto.  
  • For a higher loft Quilters Dream Wool can be double layered of layered with Dream Battings needle punched battings.
  • May be machine washed and dried on cold setting without shrinkage.  
  • To prevent loosing the beautiful loft – avoid ironing or using heat. 
  • Confidently stitch up to 8 inches apart.
  • No Scrim or Resins to Resist Your Needles.
  • Resistant to creases. Fluff in a cooldryer with a damp cloth for just a few minutes if creases are present, and Quilters Dream Wool springs back to its original loft.
  • Also excellent for tied quilts.

I really like this batting. It had very consistent thickness Easily quilted with my longarm and did not stretch out of shape. I will buy it again

It was watching the seminar on Dream batting last week that prompted me to buy the Dream Wool. I'm a hand quilter and have never tried wool batting. Lyn and some of the other people watching the seminar had very positive things to say about hand quilting with wool. I placed my order as soon as the seminar was over.
Now I just have to finish the quilt top so I can get started.
